I was the kind of person to wake up at the very last second I could to then run out the door in mad dash to "try" to make it to work on time, every day the same thing. My goal was to maximize my sleep of course, but I never tried to go to bed on time, eat something healthy, or even try to drink a little coffee or something before I went about this rushed "busy" lifestyle.

When I started getting fit and making better choices for myself, I realized that you can't grow in a messy rush. In order to go from where you are to where you want to be, you have to take a moment for yourself every day and manifest the life you want to live.

If you watch my stories on Instagram, you'll often see that I'm up really early in the morning—usually 1 hour before I have to be at work—making some coffee in a glass coffee maker, lighting up some incense, and thinking about the steps that I will make that day in order to improve my life.
