Remote Virtual Coaching is $5,000 per month, and you won't be charged unless you opt to receive it every month. This form of coaching includes pre-scheduled, twice or more ,weekly feedback sessions, unlimited Q&A, individualized workouts and diet feedback for optimized results.

Why would you need a coach?

Models, professional swimmers, high level athletes, political figures, and everybody in between use the help of coaches to get perspective, motivation, and feedback on strength areas and opportunities for improvement. With this in mind, I have been testing and implementing a coaching experience designed to address a fundamental issue with training people at the gym and yelling "You can do it!" to the up and down movement of a barbell, the issue with nutrition, motivation, problem solving, and overall just "what happened today at the gym and at work?".

Thus, with the advent of technology we are now able to connect in real time and address these fundamental issues with getting fit. In reality, we now have the ability to review every meal, every workout, every progress picture and weight measurement, we are able to keep you accountable and help you develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle that will allow you to achieve your fitness goals and empower you to take on those other life goals.
