I know sometimes just trying to figure out what to eat on a daily basis is a challenge when you decide to embark on a fitness journey to a healthier and stronger you. I made this quick and furious little recipe e-book so that you can have a solid start, completely on me :)
Each recipe serves one, except for my pancakes recipes which serves 4, so be sure to increase the portions if you're cooking for more than just yourself or you want to have leftovers for the next day.
I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I enjoy cooking and eating them on a daily basis!
