Welcome to Fitgurlmel.com! Your use of the Fitgurlmel.com, which includes Melissa’s 8-Week Body Sculptor, Melissa’s gym sessions, remote coaching, and any other product hosted on this website, (the “Service”) will constitute your agreement to comply with the rules outlined in this document. These rules may be modified by Fitgurlmel.com from time to time; notice of revisions to this Agreement will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the Fitgurlmel.com service. Your failure to follow the Service’s rules, whether listed below or in supplemental notices posted at various points in the Service, may result in termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to Service Provider’s other remedies. If you do not agree with the rules contained in this Agreement, please do not use the Service. By signing up to become a Fitgurlmel.com member or to receive Fitgurlmel.com’s customized diet and/or fitness programs, you agree that Fitgurlmel.com and/or Fitgurlmel LLC, in its sole discretion, may disclose current or past information about members when it has a good faith belief that (1) the law requires disclosure; (2) a member has violated the law or the terms of this agreement; or (3) Fitgurlmel.com deems disclosure necessary or appropriate to operate its Web site or its services. On Jun 12, 2017, we published revised versions of our Privacy Policy and our User Agreement. Your continued use of Fitgurlmel.com or any of its products and services means you agree to these revised documents, so please take a few minutes to read and understand them.
Fitgurlmel LLC/Fitgurlmel.com is designed to provide its users with fitness programs, apps, content that encompases a healthy lifestyle with a wholesome approach to both exercise and a healthy and sustainable nutrition approach. Fitgurlmel LLC/Fitgurlmel.com nor Melissa Alcantara or any of the employees and contractors provide with nutrition advice or prescriptions, you should check with a nutritionist or doctor before starting any diet or exercise plan. The exercise and food related products presented on this website or any of its affiliates have not been reviewed by a board certified doctor and are simply suggestions based on the experience and previous success of its creators. The end user chooses to implement these food and exercise suggestions based on their judgement, research, and prior experience. Fitgurlmel, Fitgurlmel LLC, Fitgurlmel.com or any of its affiliates are NOT liable for the improper use of any of its programs and/or services by individuals or companies.

WHAT DOES Fitgurlmel LLC/Fitgurlmel.com DO?
We are a broadly focused fitness lifestyle destination for health and exercise enthusiasts of all levels. Fitgurlmel.com combines the most comprehensive original multimedia content and unprecedented profiling and targeting techniques to provide each visitor with an online experience tailored to his or her unique health and fitness needs, interests and aspirations. We also have training sessions with our coaches, available through the website as well as remote coaching options. Fitgurlmel LLC (Fitgurlmel.com) provides you with an array of fitness-oriented content, products, and services.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE ASK OF YOU?
To personalize the Fitgurlmel.com service to you and to create a customized diet and/or fitness program for you, we must collect certain information about you. Some information is required when you sign up — including your name, email address, general demographic information and health and fitness-related information. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTERS
Your default email notification preferences are OPT-IN. You may control which emails you receive from us in your “Account settings” -> “Email Notifications” section after logging in to your account. Upon deletion of your account, your email address will no longer be used by Fitgurlmel.com. You can also opt out from receiving emails by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our email communications.
ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Your email address is required for your Fitgurlmel.com account. Your email address brings you a number of Fitgurlmel.com features which may include, but not limited to: Your Fitgurlmel.com newsletter, Workout regimens for your training program, Eating plans for your weight loss and diet programs, Reminders and updates from the about events in which you are participating, Administrative messages from Fitgurlmel.com notifying you of our services In general, the messages you receive from us are compiled into a single email message that arrives no more than once a day.

Your account allows you cancel subscriptions or request other transactional cancellations. We will honor cancellations performed through the website and reschedule your original fitness session within a 24 hour period.
Fitness sessions: you may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours from the session time. After the 24 hour from session time period, you will forfeit your right to cancel or reschedule your session.
Online subscriptions: you can visit https://Fitgurlmel.com/my-account/ to access your account and cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If your recurring subscription is charged on it’s due date and you wish to cancel, a partial refund will be issued if you wait more than 24 hours to cancel. Before the 24 hour period, a full refund will be issued upon your request.

This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action brought in connection with the Membership Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, in a court located in Los Angeles, California.
