  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen while in the care of the delivery carrier. Once "DELIVERED" is shown on the shipping carrier's website, the fate of the parcel is in the recipient's hands.

    Fitgurlmel Programs & Coaching

    All purchases made through Fitgurlmel, including but not limited to digital programs, coaching packages, subscriptions, challenges, and affiliated offerings with Melissa Alcantara, are final and non-refundable.

    We do not offer refunds under any circumstance — including partial refunds for unused services, program changes, or scheduling conflicts. By purchasing any product or service from Fitgurlmel, you agree to these terms at the time of checkout.

    Due to the nature of our coaching and digital products — which provide instant access to proprietary resources, community platforms, and personalized support — we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
