Hot Body at Home Training Program
Program brief:
I like “beginners through pro” type progressions over a 3 month period, but if you’ve already gone through one of my programs or were previously in shape and looking to reignite that body from the comfort of your own home, then this is for you.
It’s really simple, you show up and we go through a series of uplifting, but grueling, but energizing training sessions geared toward teaching you to take control of your body, making healthy consistent habits, and pushing the pace.
Week in and week out we’ll train together, yup I’m doing EVERYTHING with you and together we chip away at the block until we make your hot body through absolute focus and a ton of fun!
Structure:
We will train 5 days per week. If you miss a day--don’t miss a day--simply do the workout on the next day but don’t skip any workouts!
More importantly, this is a rapidly progressing training series and being is the way to go, it takes training to be able to train at the level I’ll take you to!
Necessary equipment:
- Desire to take control of your body and your mental wellbeing.
- Positive attitude a.k.a. come with no preconceptions and let things flow.
- Focus, each workout is your “me time” so ignore bullshit.
- Success mindset, if you make a mistake or “fuck up” don’t let it discourage you, don’t dwell in the past, and just try again.
- Tons of water, maybe a mat, and definitely a towel.
- Yes, it’s no equipment needed. If you want to make it impossible though, use my training bands and/or some dumbbells when you want.
