Thick n’ Fit is what I do for myself and my clients when it comes to developing aesthetic muscles while losing as much non-essential fat as possible in just 12 weeks. The training is simple but challenging. You’ll lift weights and have HIIT specific days, we’ll do some recovery, and even extra credit if you really want to do absolutely everything in your power to win. Need more? Who is it for?
Thick n’ Fit is perfect for anyone who’s tried gyms and workouts but hasn’t been able to get to that level where it’s clear you have made some serious progress, but it’s also for the experienced gym goer who’s stuck, plateaued, or just needs a new challenge!
What results can I expect from this program?
Results will be different based on your experience level, age, weight, genetics, etc. But, you can be very sure that you will gain a considerable amount of muscle in the process and lose fat that you don’t need for bodily functions—yes, your body needs some fat to work. More importantly, you will learn how to train properly and hard, move with intention, understand the difference between nutrition and empty calories, and you’ll be able to enter any fitness situation, or dress you’ve been eyeing, with full confidence.
What equipment do I need?
For this challenge, you’ll need access to a commercial level gym—think LA Fitness, 24HR, Crunch, Equinox, etc—but if you have a squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, and a positive attitude then you can do it at your home gym.
