I have never worked out in my life but I want to lose weight and get comfortable in a gym setting: Since you have never worked out, your nerves and muscles need to get used to working together and facing resistance. In addition, it's important to start somewhere where training intensity is there but not so much the possibility of incorrect movement patterns while pushing your limits. I recommend my 8 Week Body Sculptor in this case.
-
I know how to eat to get the results I want but for some reason I can't maintain the diet for more than a couple of months: Well, "diets" are unsustainable by design, you need a way to figure out what to eat over a long period of time in a way where nutrient delivery is maximized but you're also living your life. In this case, I recommend you get my 365 Fit Food Guide and also start doing Built Aesthetics.
-
I don't know what to eat in order to get the results I want, but I do have experience lifting weights and feel super confident there: BEAUTIFUL! You need a plan, without one there's no goal to attack. Download my 365 Fit Food Guide and also start doing Built Aesthetics ASAP. This combination will allow you to build the body you want and maintain it, you will know how it works on nutrition rather than calories.
-
I just want to lose weight and get in shape, but I don't want to look overly muscular: You need the full nutrition and training package, and you want to be able to scale and build into a sustainable approach. My 8 Week Body Sculptor program is your go-to in this case. In addition, once you complete it then I'd like you to go onto 10Pack Hamstrings and continue your lower body + core development!
-
I want to get strong as hell, but also look hot, and I need some help cleaning my nutrition: This is me right here LOL, download my 365 Fit Food Guide and also start doing Built Aesthetics, followed by 10Pack Hamstrings. You will thank me next month :)
-
I want to maximize weight loss as fast as possible in a healthy way: In an scenario where you have a person who's very overweight, you'll see up to 4lbs weight loss per week on the sustainable scale. If you're, let's say 20lbs overweight, you won't lose weight as fast. In all honesty, you don't ever want to lose unneeded weight too fast because that can wreck your metabolism and your healthy hormonal production-regulation, your goal is to clean up the eating habits so that the weight loss happens and it stays that way. I recommend you get 8 Week Body Sculptor program and then progress into Built Aesthetics after 2 months.
-
I really want to put work toward developing the booty and legs that my upper body: That's easy, start doing 10Pack Hamstrings RIGHT NOW. If you need nutrition guidance too, download my 365 Fit Food Guide. DONE.
-
I want to be able to train, eat, and look good for the long run: This is actually my favorite approach, it takes into consideration where you are and where you're going. We're living longer these days, but now our job is to live with the best quality of life possible. I recommend you do my 8 Week Body Sculptor, then do Built Aesthetics followed by 10Pack Hamstrings after that you will know what and how to eat and you'll be able to move onto more specific training that addresses muscular imbalances and long term physique goals.
-
I have some injuries that prevent me from lifting super heavy, but I'm getting better and want to get my body back: Food is where you start here. If there are nagging or old micro-injuries that have been flaring over time, I recommend doing The first month of my 8 Week Body Sculptor at least twice, then do month 2, and then transition to Built Aesthetics. The whole process should take you about 6 months, which is a solid time frame to build a bomb proof hot body :)
-
I want abs!: LOL, download my 365 Fit Food Guide and start Built Aesthetics. After that, do 10Pack Hamstrings and bring it all together. You'll surprise even yourself.

I've been working out for some time and have good results, but my posterior chain (hamstrings + glutes + lower back) seems to be lagging in comparison to my upper body: You want strong legs that can really move you! Not only that, your core and legs need to work together to accelerate, decelerate, and change directions on a load/resistance. In English, you want legs and abs, and of course to maintain or improve your upper body performance and looks. Easy! You need to try 10Pack Hamstrings right now. It's all about legs and core, with amazing hybrid days for upper body. The program teaches about load progression, neuromuscular development, and all around challenging workouts that are fun!
-
I want to focus on developing a strong core but I also want my booty to keep up the pace: If you have some weight you want to lose, I recommend doing the 8 Week Body Sculptor first and then continuing on 10Pack Hamstrings so that you can make some serious legs and booty gains while developing a nice hybrid upper body.
-
I've been looking to step up my training EVERYWHERE and I want to have strong legs, core, and a tight but killer upper body: If you have been doing more traditional bodybuilding-like workouts, it's time you train like a hybrid athlete: strong, aesthetic, flexible, and balanced. For this, I say start 10Pack Hamstrings right now and do month 2 back to back a couple of times.
